The service was a mix of very helpful and friendly staff alongside some rude and unhelpful encounters. The location offered a lovely atmosphere around the busy pool with superb bar staff, but it was away from the noisy main street. The dining experience was enjoyable with plentiful buffet choices, though slightly repetitive. Overall, the hotel provided a good value for the stay.
